Property is located in a beautiful mountainous area. Easy to walk on the road or in the woods. The kitchen was well furnished. There was a large dining room table for eating or playing games as well as 2 areas for gathering, one up, one down. There were helpful extras like a charging station, night lights in the bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Ample parking. Safe area. Private. Great place with helpful, responsive hosts.

Overall our stay at Jeff and Lauren’s property was excellent. Jeff answered any questions we had and even quickly provided a casserole dish when we needed one. We had two power outages while there and Jeff let us know when to expect power to be restored. The only suggestion we would have would be to clean the cobwebs off the outside of the house and the windows. Inside the house was very clean. Thanks for a great stay as we got to see and enjoy family and friends for a month.

What a fabulous stay! The house was beautiful and clean with everything you could possibly need. Was great for our family while we came up to visit friends. Plus the views are incredible! Thank you to Jeff, we’ll definitely plan to come back again!

Beautiful home surrounded by trees. Very comfortable for 4-6 people. Two full bathrooms made it easy to get going in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped-we were able to cook some simple meals. Nearby Richmond has several restaurant options, a nice little grocery store and a delicious bakery. It is about a 30 minute drive into Burlington. Be prepared for some winding roads (we had a motion sensitive person with us and she got a bit woozy). The hosts live in a house on the same property. They checked in with us via the VRBO app and when a small issue arose they were very responsive. This would be a great place to stay in the summer (we came to leaf peep) as the deck with BBQ was very inviting. The only warning would be that it could be difficult to get inside if you have mobility issues. There are multiple steps up to get to the front door and no railings to hold onto. For our group this was a 10/10!

My family and friends LOVED their visit to Vermont and were so comfortable in this home. Plenty of room for everyone, everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful Vermont vacation, which included staying at this property. The house was "user-friendly," very clean and very well stocked. The yard is quite large and our dog loved being able to explore! The house is close to a number of attractions, including museums, hiking trails and wineries. It's within easy driving distance from Burlington, Stowe, Shelburne and Waterbury, which is great. Being somewhat disabled (I use a cane), the split level stairs were good for me. The first floor has the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. The lower level has two bedrooms and a tv room. There is also a tv in the master bedroom. It all worked out well for us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great location.

This house is in a great location if you are looking to visit most of Vermont. And it was also a great area to walk, which we do a couple times a day. The info left at the house is great for learning about places to visit and small towns.

We had a wonderful stay in VT. We were very centrally located and had easy access to the highways that took us to Montreal and other destinations within Vt. Although we didn't prepare any meals there, they had lots of appliances and cooking utensils and a nice barbeque on the deck. The place was very clean and very homely, we felt very comfortable there. The hosts were very thoughtful, we arrived late at night and they left lots of lights on and the door easy to open. They live next door, but you cannot see their house--too many beautiful trees. We had a question for Jeff and he responded to our call within 15 min. They couldn't have been any nicer!

Nice quiet location good for traveling to various places

This home offered lots of nice conveniences from outlets for phones, a grill, a movie room, big kitchen and a deck to relax on! We loved the location because we could easily travel to Burlington, Waterbury, Stowe as well as Camel Hump for hiking!
