We're a family who loves the water, and this lake house holds a special place in our hearts. We enjoy surfing, being on the lake, and simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.

We chose this lakefront home for its stunning 180-degree panoramic views of Lake Sammamish, visible from almost every corner of the house. Its serene beauty provides the perfect escape, yet it's centrally located just minutes from downtown Bellevue and Seattle, offering the best of both worlds.
