Oceanview Condo at Beach Cottages!

ALERT: Beach Cottages Pool and Pool Deck will be closed starting August 11th, 2025 through December 2025. We will have access to a pool 1 block north of us (3 minute walk). This timeline is subject to change without notice. The city of Indian Shores is mobilizing beach replenishment that is projected to impact our area until Mid-October, there may be potential impacts to the beach such as temporary staging of equipment during this time.

The spacious master has a large ensuite bath, private balcony access and an office station with desk and chair. The private balcony offers ocean views, ideal for experiencing the colorful sunsets during your evening unwind. The building offers a spacious pool deck with heated pool, hot tub and lounge chairs with tables, umbrellas and gas grills. Enjoy private access to walk just steps to the sugary sand beach or lounge on the pool deck while taking in the sand and shore. Features a building elevator so packing your gear for the beach is a breeze!

Kitchen - Well-equipped kitchen for everything you need while away. Private washer and dryer off the kitchen.
Private Balcony - Accessible by living room or master suite with ocean views.

Know before you go:
Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap.
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 5 - accessible by 5 flights of stairs or use building elevator to access level 5 above parking garage.
Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Holidays: In the event that you are booking over a holiday weekend or before/after a holiday weekend, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 6 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction. Guests of our renters are not permitted on holiday weekends.
