Enjoy time at the Brigantine shore in this awesome duplex, just down the street from the beach and only minutes away from Atlantic City.
This house has two units. Both are available to renters:
The downstairs unit has three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The upstairs unit has one bedroom, a pullout sofa bed and a full bathroom. Both units contain their own kitchen, living room and outdoor deck.
Outside space includes a front porch, yard, and a covered patio with a grill and dining table.

Army reunion

Great location and wondeful quaint house. The neighbor helped me get situated because I showed up early. The owners stopped by to open up the shed and even mentioned some neat local hotspots!! Beautiful house and location!!

We have been staying in Brigantine the last 8 years for our family vacations, and this property hands down, was head and shoulders above any what place we have spent. Having 2 separate living spaces was an amazing addition. It enabled famy time with kids as well as more chill quiet adult time. The house and property were immaculantly clean and the decor had a clean sharp beach vive to it. Location couldnt have been better, teenage kids independently walk to beach, wawa, arcade, ritas. 10 out 10, perfect Brigantine experience.

Memorial Day weekend

House was perfect for our group of 6! The separate living space worked out perfectly as the young adults stay up later than my husband and I. The place was immaculate and plenty of linens and towels. Lisa was so responsive! Would definitely stay here again!
