Bring the whole family to this stylish West Sedona getaway, perfectly located near restaurants, wine bars, grocery stores, hiking trails and more — many within walking distance!

We’ve designed every detail to enhance your stay, from trendy West Elm furniture to a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The living room features a massive 98" TV and a sleek 100" linear fireplace, perfect for cozy movie nights.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis with a BBQ grill, lawn chairs and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. There is a new hot tub under a louvered pergola. Chose to close the top for shade or open it for a dark starry night. This backyard is the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking or exploring Sedona. The side yard has been converted into a large kids play area with a play structure and outdoor games for all ages!

Dining: There is an indoor dining table that seats 8 and has indoor dinnerware provided. Additionally, there is an outdoor table that seats 8 for those desiring to dine al fresco. Outdoor dinnerware provided as well.

Bedrooms & Amenities:

4 bedrooms-each with a 55" TV (YouTube TV – 135 live channels, Netflix, Max), Iron, ironing board, full-length mirror, extra blanket, and umbrellas in each room

Parking: The garage fits one car (owner stores personal items in part of the garage). 4 family e-bikes can be used during your stay if you sign a waiver and take responsibility for them. Additional parking available in the driveway.

We loved our stay! The home is absolutely perfect and clean! Clean comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need to cook together once you get back from exploring. Hot tub, fire pit and games were perfect for relaxing and fun in the evenings. Cute little play area for kids! This home is so close to everything! Easy close drive for all attractions and hikes! Plus fun shopping areas and grocery stores! Thank you for this stay!!!

Matt's property was everything we could have wanted for our family vacation in Sedona. Centrally located, the house is convenient to restaurants and retail, but tucked along a very quiet offshoot from the main road.Our group was an extended family of two grandparents, two parents and three young children five and under. There was plenty for everyone to enjoy at the property. Indoors, the entire house was immaculate. Bedrooms were spread out. The kitchen was well outfitted, and there was ample dining space, both indoors and outside on the patio. We were grateful for children's amenities like the pack'n'play portacrib, highchair and nightlights throughout. Have I mentioned the living room's TV? You have not truly experienced Bluey or Dora until you've seen them parade across a 98 inch TV!! It's an immersive event we won't soon forget.The backyard was also a hit with all ages. The kids play structure was a favorite!! Six thumbs up!We greatly appreciated having access to a garage.But overall,what we appreciated most was Matt's hospitality, communication and attention to the smallest details. A highly recommended property and host!

Location is great and quiet. Three friends and I rented Matt's house for a mountain bike week. The layout is perfect. Garage is large enough to store the bikes. Convenient to the trails, bike shop, grocery store, and shopping. Matt answered my texts quickly. I highly recommend this house.

Great Home, Great Host, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's home. It was a wonderful home, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Lots of special touches, including e-bikes in the garage. Communication with the host, Matt, was exceptional. Quick to respond and very accommodating. It was easy to find, centrally located, and very comfortable. We lacked nothing. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Sedona!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property! The house is spacious and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The location is ideal. It's close to all the major attractions in Sedona but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We loved how easy it was to explore the area. The house is just a short drive from popular spots like Red Rock State Park, where we spent time hiking. The home had everything we needed. It had comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the surrounding beauty. My family and I had a memorable trip and highly recommend this property!

This was the perfect house for our sister retreat! It was beautifully furnished, roomy, and well stocked for every need. We didn't use the hot tub or the fire pit, as it was a very warm week, and didnt have need for the playscape. But each looked inviting, had the weather been right! An incredible value for such a magnificent location. And the host was incredibly responsive to every need. We hope to return!!
