Great house.... great location.
Great house with everything you would need. Perfect location. Even the neighbors were great... talked to 3 different ones while there for our five days. Highly recommend if the description and pictures are what you are looking for because they are accurate.
Great Cottage that fulfilled our needs and was exactly as described and in the photos. Multiple options for where you want to hang out .....outside deck, screened in outside porch and nice kitchen area... etc. Neighbors were great.... talked to three different ones during our five day stay. Diane across the street was very nice.

Lazy Loon Cottage
We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was very clean, roomy, nicely decorated with lake & nature themes - bears, moose, loons. Even though it's not right on the lake, we could see the lake from the deck and it was a short walk away. There was a/c and either a ceiling fan or standing fan so everyone could adjust the air in their room to their liking. The kitchen is very nice with just about everything you need. Overall the house is clutter free so it was easy for us to keep track of the stuff we brought. There were plenty of towels and it was handy to have a washer/dryer. The only downside per se was the parking as there are only 2 spots for the cottage. So we spent some time trying to figure that out. It worked out in the end. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay at this cottage in beautiful Alton, NH.
