Location is perfect for attending a conference at the convention center. The building tenants are quiet and friendly if you get a chance to talk to them. Bed is comfortable and the place is just what you need. Host is quick to respond to any questions as well which is awesome!

Well-appointed studio apartment in charming, secure historic building with an elevator. Just a few blocks walk to the convention center, near multiple restaurants and bars. The included indoor parking in a nearby secured structure was a real bonus! Great communication and lots of thoughtful little extras that made it an easy stay. Great value for money - highly recommended!

This is such a nice unit, and a great location for so many sites in Long Beach. I love this historical building, and have stayed in many of the apartments here. This one is very comfortable, and has everything you need for your stay. The owner is very nice and accommodating, and check in could not be easier. Having off street parking is a major plus in this area!
