Private peaceful guest house with extensive Organic Vegetable Gardens & poolside view. Walk out your sliding glass door & jump into the hot tub @ 104 degrees, available 24/7 or swimming pool. Enjoy full kitchen, bathroom w shower, queen sized bed & comfortable chair that can convert to single bed. Your private entrance through fenced gated yard is on pool side, enjoy outdoor seating & BBQ grills. Driveway Parking. Central location between Los Angeles & Orange County. 2 min. to freeways.
The space
Easy access to the airports, the beach and food venues. The very large private yard is full of beautiful trees, exotic cactus, vegetable gardens (pick your own or ask me) and of course the hot tub & pool. See detailed milage and travel times in setion: Location "Getting Around" below.
Guest access
You will have full access to the back yard, hot tub & swimming pool, PICNIC AREA, and outdoor kitchen barbeque area with BOTH new propane NEXT GRILL and briquette grills.
Other things to note
It is best if you are dog friendly. I have 2 very loving medium sized dogs, that may want to greet you - so we can arrange a meeting - but they are mostly with me. They do have access the large back yard unless I keep them in.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Wash your dishes, leave to air dry. Hang up wet or dirty towels or leave them in the shower after you're done. Do not place them on the chair or the bed. Leave the key on the hook by the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is allowed in the open area outside of the tiny house. Smoking is never allowed in the house or by the door where it might blow into the house
Do not let the dogs - Billy or Ivy -into the tiny house.
There is an outdoor Propane grill for cooking or grilling smokey or greasy food. Please do not cook meat or fish inside the tiny house.

We had a pleasant and Amazing Stay, and Carol The Owner was super Nice and Inviting! I can't wait to stay here again someday after my Deployment! And even just the Vibe was perfect for me and My Wife!

This was such a gem of a find! We had a great stay and Carol was an amazing host! Additionally, as dog lovers we enjoyed the added bonus of her 2 very friendly and lovable pups! Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Convenient hotel alternative

The host was very responsive, appropriately available and communicative. We appreciated having a parking space and secure grounds - the studio was clean and well supplied. We hope to stay here again - the location is great for our visits to family and friends.

Cozy and comfortable.

My grandkids loved it there, they want to stay again! Had a great time and the host, Carol, was the best you could ask for! She was generous, and very inviting. She even gave us gifts from her garden. Warm pool and jacuzzi always available. Would 100% recommend.

Exactly the breath of fresh air we needed...

Carol and her pups were amazing hosts! Having an off-street place to park was an unexpected but very appreciated bonus :-) The tiny house was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we had absolutely everything we needed, from extra pillows and blankets to condiments and a wall charger. The urban farm produce we were lucky to sample was the cherry on top - thank you for everything, Carol! We will be back!

Mermaid Magic

Carol has created an amazing oasis here, with two friendly dogs, a clean, well maintained, heated pool and a clean, 104 degree hot tub. We had a blast splashing around in our mermaid tails. Thank you Carol.

This property was amazing it felt very private. The hot tub was great , the house was very clean. Parking was not great because we had such a big truck. This property owner has dogs which were very sweet but if you dont like dogs its probably not the place for you. I loved that i could go out and pick fresh fruit and veggies whenever i wanted.

Hidden Gem!!!

Our weekend stay was so wonderful. Carol is an amazing host! She provided us with a very detailed tour of the place and provided us some delicious Kumquats and delicious homemade salads. The room is stocked with almost everything you might need. Very modern and very clean. The pool and jacuzzi are amazingly clean and ready for a swim or deep any time. Carol also has 2 dogs that frequent her yard a lot but they were so loving and playful looking after us while using the pool. The only problem someone could have with this place would be parking with a large vehicle. North Long Beach streets are mostly one way and parking space is limited so just keep in mind. Overall HIGHLY recommend! Beautiful place!

Clean and Comfortable Oasis With an Awesome Owner

Carol is an amazing host. Her little place is very clean and has everything you need...extra towels, blankets, pillows, toaster oven, full fridge, even a little stovetop and microwave. Nice choice of two good shower heads and comfortable queen mattress. Plenty of space to hang clothes and drawers to put away your things. Smart TV with Netflix and other apps. Having our own parking spot was wonderful. The icing on the cake was her two friendly dogs who greeted us happily every morning. She has a lemon tree and tomatoes that you can pick from. Having our own hot tub was great because my husband has rheumatoid arthritis - nice after a long day of walking around Disney and Universal. The pool was very clean and not over chlorinated, so my hair wasn't affected at all. Carol is very attentive, responsive and there when you need her, but she still gives you a ton of privacy. Our flight got in late at night, and Carol didn't mind putting away our groceries that we had delivered so we wouldn't have to go to the store when we got there. We were there for our 20th anniversary and it was perfect. Don't hesitate to book.
