From start to finish on our reservation, everything was flawless. Joe's timely communication was much appreciated. Casi was our main contact when we arrived, and she was so sweet and helpful. She answered all of our questions and gave us a nice tour of the property. The condo was super clean, and had everything we needed. Being located on the 16th floor was AMAZING as the view of the beach was GORGEOUS!! We will definitely be back, and when we do, we will definitely book this one again!
Fantastic host! Exactly as advertised. Loved the location. No need to drive anywhere if you didn’t want to. We went to Annie’s in the evening and then got a pitcher to go and enjoyed on the balcony where we could listen to the music, which was not too loud and barely audible inside. Would book again

Enjoyed the condo very much. The pictures from the listing were extremely comfortinig They were exciting to know we spent out money on what we wanted.

The ocean view was exactly as described in the listing! You can hear the music from Ocean Annie’s—just like most spots at Sands—but once inside the room, it wasn’t an issue at all. Personally, I enjoyed it and thought it added to the experience! The unit had everything we needed to feel at home and made our stay one of the best. What really stood out, though, was the communication with the owner. The thoughtful touches, including a handwritten note upon arrival, truly made a difference. All the little details mattered and made the room feel extra cozy and charming for our short stay.
Pros: The room was very up to date, clean, and roomy for two people. Anymore than two it would feel a bit tight. The room was well stocked and we didn’t find ourselves in a spot needing something we couldn’t get. The owner and “guest concierge” were incredible and were communicative the entire time and made you feel right at home! The resort had plenty of pools and was right off the beach. The location of the resort was in a great central spot. I can’t speak highly enough about the unit, it was right on the top of the building with a great view!
Cons: Please note, some of the cons are addressed by the owner in the description. I am purely providing the guests perspective. First thing is the actual building, parking deck, and most of the infrastructure is quite dated. It has a bit of a 1980s-90s feel to it. The building could really use some renovations. The actual resort staff including receptionists, doormen, bellhops, other roaming staff, etc were less than courteous and you honestly felt like a burden to them by just asking for help or questions. They didn’t seem too interested in your experience. Being in a “private unit” has pros and cons but it can leave you feeling as a bit of an outsider to the staff and you miss out on some resort perks. The music from below the room is quite loud until 11:00 PM. If that is your thing, great. If not, really consider how much that will bother you. Also the connecting room is a flip of the coin to see how loud your neighbors are.
