This five-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath home is 2300 square feet and may be rented by a maximum occupancy of 10 persons ages 6+. The reverse floor plan has a large open living room with flat screen TV, dining, kitchen space, two bedrooms, one bath and a barbecue on the top deck, upstairs. Downstairs features a family room with a large flat screen, wet bar and three bedrooms, one-and-one-half baths, laundry room with washer and dryer. It is both clean and comfortably furnished. The location is very central to all activities. Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly Valley Ski areas are both 15-20 minutes away and Kirkwood & Homewood are 30 min away, great beaches, bike trails & horseback riding are a 15 minutes drive. Shopping, restaurants, and golfing 5 minutes. Nightlife is 15 minutes away. Our home is located on one-fourth acre and has vacant lots on either side. It has a wonderful mountain feel with lovely mountain views in a wonderful neighborhood . A perfect place for people to enjoy each other and the natural beauty around them. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests ages 6+. Parking for 4 vehicles. Contact us if you have questions or would like to reserve the home. SPECIAL NOTES:

1. We like to keep our property in excellent condition for our guests and our own use. If you are planning wild parties or other activities that may cause damage, we suggest you look for a property more suitable for those activities. The County doesn't allow events (weddings, showers, stag etc) to be hosted at vacation rentals.

2. QUIET HOURS must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Occupancy limit of 10 is required during the quiet hours. This is a County requirement.

Amazing New Years Trip!

What a wondeful cabin! The check in and check out process was extmrely easy as it was all remote. The cabin was extrmely clean. The host was super freindly and helpful over the phone.

Lake Tahoe Summer 2023

We come every year to Tahoe for our family vacation, this is a wonderful and welcoming home. Secluded enough to enjoy your privacy but close enough to activities. We all enjoyed this gorgeous home. Amazing house and hosts!

The stay at Dennis and Mary’s home was perfect! These hosts are great and it shows throughout the property! They communicated everything clearly and the house had everything we needed and was only a short drive to Heavenly and Lake Tahoe! We had 3 families and everyone was comfortable and had a blast! Perfect Mountain House

Everytime I turned, I was impressed with the condition and quality of the house! Absolutely perfect for our group of 12 adults! The kitchen and bathroom have been updated, floors seem essentially new-- it felt so spacious and accommodating for our group!

We had a family celebration with 12 people. Great kitchen and living space for games and having our meals. Close to beaches, casinos and stores. Easy to get to from Sacramento and Reno, where our families traveled from. Nice having three bathrooms, two showers and enough beds for everyone. I recommend for large group.

Family Reunion

We had an awesome time in Tahoe. The house was very spacious, well stocked and the host provided all the amenities. The location is close to shopping and all the boating, hiking, and casinos. The stairs are a challenge for those with mobility concerns. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils dishwasher and small appliances.

Family reunion

There were 14 of us which the house accommodated perfectly! The counters were pretty dusty and the toilets weren’t cleaned well but overall it was pretty clean and the porch needs updated. I cleaned it the night before we left. We loved the house and the location. I would recommend staying here.

Dear Melissa, Thank you for the good review about the home and the location. We are extremely concerned that the house be super clean for our guests. The kitchen counters were all completely cleaned just a few hours before your arrival. The pine pollen is falling heavily at this time of year and leaves a green film on everything so it has to be wiped down daily, so perhaps you found them dusty the day you left when you cleaned. The toilets were also cleaned thoroughly before your arrival so I am surprised and disappointed that you found them unsatisfactory. The porch/mudroom had been updated - it used to be unfinished framing inside with plywood floors and just a screen door. We panelled it with cedar and put in tile flooring and a real window and door when the house was remodeled. This is a place to take off your snowy boots and store your ski's etc. I am not entirely sure what more I could do to "update" it. We have a new deck scheduled for Sept 2023. As soon as we parked I was already impressed with the neighborhood and having everything a few minutes way (the lake, stores restaurants etc). Inside the home it was very nice, clean, and spacious. To be honest I was very happy to able to book this Home, and the best part was the great communication I was able to have with Mary. Thank you so much for everything and definitely recommend it.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful stay! Home was clean and furnishings were perfectly adequate for our group of 10. My parents are in their 80's so had a little bit of a hard time with the stairs so be prepared if you have anyone with physical limitations in your group. Home is a bit of a drive to Stateline, etc. but price was right. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home with us. Tahoe is beautiful and we are always happy to make it up there.

Beautiful home with loads of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. The laundry room was easy to use and had all of the necessary soaps for us to use. The coach in the upstairs den was very comfortable. The only issue we had when we first arrived was that we found ants at the bottom of the fridge. We put a line of dish soap at the bottom of where the door opens a which deterred them. The kitchen could use a colander. The house is very roomy and comfortable for the 10 of us. Our host was quick to respond to the few questions we asked. Thank you.

You won’t be disappointed!!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The cabin had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. Plenty of room to spread out and not be so crammed together. We also picked a perfect time to go as it had snowed a few days prior and our backyard was our playground. The sled they left for us to use came in handy. I reached out to Mary on one occasion and she responded right away to assist. Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

We love to travel the world but have not found a place more beautiful than Lake Tahoe. With so many activities available year round we never tire of coming here.

What makes this property unique

Sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the sunset behind Mt Tallac and relaxing after a pleasant day of hiking and swimming in the summer. In winter we enjoy warming ourselves in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing . Fall is a wonderful time to come and absorb the fall colors, watch the salmon run or enjoy the Octoberfest or just enjoy the calm with some fishing, hiking etc.
