The apartment is above the garage of a residential home, separate from the house with its own private entrance and assigned parking. It's located in a quiet neighborhood near parks, a grocery store and the bus line, just 4 miles from downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market. If your're lucky, you may wake to the smell of the ocean and catch a glimpse of Mt. Rainier as you sip your morning coffee.

The studio apartment was precious. A very nice location and an excellent space for two people. However, it is NOT a rental for 4 adults. The “sofa sleeper” was the size of a loveseat with an uncomfortable shallow cushion (no mattress) and an ottoman pullout that did not make an actual bed. Two children would fit… or one adult about 5’2”, but my son-in-law would have been more comfortable on the floor. This location does not actually sleep 4 and certainly not comfortably. There was no bedding that fit the sofa well. A mattress topper of some sort would be an improvement but the size of the sleeping area wasn’t as long as a twin bed and not as wide as a double bed.
