You even said the pipes were probably frozen and with it being cold that ’s probably the case. I was told by the person last minute he wasn’t able to come. Tried finding someone else to come but wasn’t able to find anyone on short notice.

Bad water? Never knew of any of that and I didn’t know anything about the ants until the end of your stay. I could have had them out way sooner. Previous renter didn’t tell me about an ant problem and there wasn’t any ants when I was up there last in may. That’s the way the bathroom has always been. Nothing I can really do about that.
