Lovely spot, very clean and spacious. The pool and lanai overlooking the pond were a highlight. We liked being in Venice, away from the traffic in Sarasota but easy to get anywhere. Todd the property manager was very thoughtful and helpful. Would love to stay there again, book very early!

Positive Rental Experience

We enjoyed our stay for 2 months. The house was well equipped and clean We participated in the social activities at the community centre playing Bingo, Left Right and Center and Bunko. It was unfortunate that the pool was under maintenance and closed for all of our stay but we could still use the exercise room. Todd the property manager looked after all of our needs and was prompt in responding to several requestsThe neighbors were welcoming and inclusive during the activities.Overall a very positive experience

This was our second time staying at this home. Love the house, the warm heated pool was perfect for our family. The manager was so helpful when needed. Enjoyed pickleball at the community center. The fabulous month went way too fast.
