Live the Lake Life at Bayview, our NEWLY appointed lake house with a boat pier for your boat, a hot tub, large patio, sandy beach, and large dock on Paw Paw Lake. Steeped in history as a go-to resort area, our home is named in honor of the Bay View Hotel, which once stood on the sandy shores of our bay.
Welcome to our spacious 4.5-bedroom lakefront retreat on Paw Paw Lake! There's room for everyone and everything to enjoy being on Lake Time! We have a great room with a gourmet-lover's kitchen, spacious dining table, sofa lounge area and big screen smart TV for games and movies. The spacious outdoor patio has a table fire pit, dining area, grill, and brand new hot tub. Our fresh, newer, furniture and appliances will make your stay so enjoyable and easy.
Our house comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Four bedrooms have 8 beds accommodating 9 guests. Two of the bedrooms convert to king or two XL twin beds, creating fantastic flexibility. A single sleeper couch and a queen sleeper sofa sleep 3 additional guests, making Bayview the perfect spot for 12 guests.
Relax on the lakeside patio with multiple seating and dining areas, complete with a gas grill. A small wooden gate leads out to a sandy beach where you can ease one of our 4 kayaks into the lake for an relaxed afternoon of paddling. You can rent paddle boards, kayaks, and pontoons/boats, or bring your own boat – a public boat launch nearby and you can moor your boat on our permanent pier.
Our house has a FREE PARKING LOT directly across the street to easily accomodate all of your guest's vehicles.
Explore the nearby attractions, such as the many breweries, wineries and distilleries in the area, the town of Coloma, famous for its Gladiola Peach Festival, Lake Michigan beaches, area golf courses for a round or two, and the charming towns of St. Joseph and South Haven, which many restaurants, shops and kid's activities. Don't forget to visit the excellent local wineries.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Store kayaks on the kayak rack in the back yard. Put paddles under the rack.
Turn off the hot tub, out the lid down.
Ensure the grill and firepit are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
The east side of Paw Paw Lake, where our home is located, gets the most amazing sunset views! We are also conveniently located within 30 minutes of dozens of wineries, breweries, shopping, and the natural beauty of Southwest Michigan.
What makes this property unique
Our home is newly appointed with all new lake-inspired furniture and accessories. We have a lovely outdoor patio "room" with a hot tub, spacious dining table and seating area and beach access.
