The home is a modern cottage with unique amenities such as a sauna, pool table, balcony, sunroom, and outdoor living featuring a fire pit and outdoor dining for 10.

This spacious 5 bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps 14 comfortably. There are queen-sized beds in 3 of the bedrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds, a fifth bedroom with Cal-King bed and two queen sized pull out beds in the game room/basement that sleep 2 each. The upper level has two bedrooms and a bathroom to share with a walk in shower. The main floor has a living room/great room with large windows, a dining area, a kitchen with 7-seat bar, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a main floor bathroom. The finished basement has a pool table, two queen sleeper sofas, an infrared sauna, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a California king bed.

The large sunroom has floor to ceiling windows with a kitchenette, a large dining/seating space, and a flat screen TV above the hot tub for you to soak away all of your worries. The main kitchen is conveniently stocked with all the necessities for your "home" away from home.

We purchased the home in 2009 to enjoy ourselves, our home away from home. We want to share our home with you and to allow others to enjoy it as well. We have lived in Chicago for 20 years and Michigan was the perfect getaway for us from the busy city.

What makes this property unique

The floor to ceiling windows in the great room was what really caught our eye when choosing this home. We love that Lake Paw Paw is only steps away and the town is very humble and peaceful.
