Located in Sleepy Hollow Lake, this modern and peaceful escape is just steps from the lake with access to beaches, communal pools, tennis & more! The spacious interiors features 2 fireplaces, a lofted TV room, lower-level family room and a modern kitchen. Outside, enjoy an elevated deck, lakeside firepit, paddleboards, kayaks & canoes.
Just 20 minutes from Amtrak’s Hudson Station, 40 minutes from Kingston, Catamount, Windham and Hunter Mountain ski slopes!
The Space:
Step inside and discover open-plan living spaces with vaulted ceilings and large sliding doors that flood the home with natural light. At the focal point, a grand fireplace sets the scene for cozy winter evenings. The spacious kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and an eat-in bar, inviting culinary creativity and making meal making a delight. The indoor dining table is beautifully framed by views through the large sliding doors, which open directly onto the elevated deck.
Perfect for outdoor dining, the deck is complete with a BBQ grill and stunning views of the lake. Whether you're grilling up a summer feast or enjoying a relaxing evening meal, the deck provides an idyllic setting to soak in the beauty of the water and surrounding nature.

**IMPORTANT LAKE INFORMATION** Guests are NOT permitted to bring/use their own water equipment. This includes but is not limited to kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, water devices. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine.
