This is quiet older neighborhood that have amazing neighbors. It sets in front a Stem Middle School which has some heavier traffic during drop off (8AM) and pick. up at (330PM).

What makes this property unique

This property is nestled between Historic Concord and Town of Harrisburg. It is 2 blocks away from HWY 49.
Hwy 29 leads west to Hwy 485 to Hwy 85 (making Uptown Charlotte accessible 25 minutes away). It is less than 10-15 minutes east to Mount Pleasant, NC
