We really loved the house. It was convenient to most locations. The neighborhood was very quiet which was important for us as we were in town for work. There is a nice hamburger joint super close that has excellent burgers. There was also a really good breakfast place less than a mile from the house. The house is well stocked. We also cooked in the house several times. I have stayed in alot of VRBO houses...this one was awesome. I give it 5 stars...

Home for Thanksgiving

We looked for a place close to our family and this was a perfect location. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the home was clean and inviting. We will definitely stay again when we are coming to see family.

I had an overall excellent experience at this spot. It was convenient to my travel plans, well well maintained, clean and inviting. Each bedroom was comfy.I was only here for one night, so I didn't really check out the plane too closely.We had one issue right after check-in, but the host was super responsive!

Check-in was great and the hostess , Jenny was lovely and responsive. However , the cleanliness and functionality of the property were severely lacking. The sheets has stains on them, the towels were old, one of the shower handles did not work and the ice maker was not functional. The furniture was dirty and had visible stains on it. We booked the property because all of the reviews said it was extremely clean, but I’m concerned because it was not. I think more attention to details are needed. I frequently stay at other VRBO’s and have not had this issue in the past

Great stay

We were in town for a soccer tournament for my son, The house was in a great location for us having to travel to 2 different field locations. This house is exactly what is listed on the app. The beds were comfortable, Me, my son and our friends slept well. It's quiet neighborhood and a great house. We will look this place up for our future Charlotte/Concord trips. Also, a special Thank you to the host Jenny, She responded to all of my messages promptly and made check-in a breeze. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling thru the Concord area.

Great Little Spot!

Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Concord and the racetrack! Close to anything you could need or want to eat. Keeping this years stay for the October race a lot more low key, we deciclded to hit up the grocery store and eat in and cook. The host are awesome ! Tentative but will not bother you unless you need something! Im already thinking we will be back next year during the race weekend!

This is quiet older neighborhood that have amazing neighbors. It sets in front a Stem Middle School which has some heavier traffic during drop off (8AM) and pick. up at (330PM).

What makes this property unique

This property is nestled between Historic Concord and Town of Harrisburg. It is 2 blocks away from HWY 49.
Hwy 29 leads west to Hwy 485 to Hwy 85 (making Uptown Charlotte accessible 25 minutes away). It is less than 10-15 minutes east to Mount Pleasant, NC
