Located in a quiet neighborhood in Clairemont, the house provides a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. With a blend of modern design and cozy elements, this spacious retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Located a small block away from a Family park equipped with a playground, swings and large grassy area for picnics or playing catch.

The location couldn’t be better—just a 15-minute drive from the popular beaches of Pacific Beach and La Jolla. The house features fenced backyard, central AC, dedicated parking spot, two living rooms, large dining table, kid essentials and more!

The property worked out great for our stay. It is pet friendly and comfortable. Close to our family we were visiting there. We didn't cook much, the kitchen seemed well prepared for cooking though. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed staying there.

Great stay

It was a nice quiet neighborhood. I loved the layout of the house. Definitely a great stay. The only issue I had was the strict rules about sand in the house. We would be charge more if there sand in the house. Which made it very stressful for us to enjoy the beach and come back and relax.

The inside of the home was great, clean and comfortable. The yard could def use some TLC, it has lots of potential and was overall all fine, just a small stray cat population and some fruit dropping from the fruit trees. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative, a great budget friendly place.
