Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, over, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and free coffee, filtered water, ice machine, other appliances and more.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. The master bedroom has 1 king bed. The second bedroom has 2 XL twin beds (the 2 XL twin beds can be pushed together to make 1 king bed).

The property was perfectly clean and comfortable. Stylish as well. The host was always available and very responsive. Thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities and more. The location is great. Plenty of easy parking. Close to the country mart for food and shopping. If you are a Pepperdine family the location doesn’t get any better. Walk to campus. Great outdoor spaces with ocean views. Loved everything about it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
