Close to world class golf, including the Phoenician Resort/Golf club, Spring baseball, hiking Camelback Mountain, ASU, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and the Waste Management Golf tournament. Complex has covered parking, four community pools, outdoor games, BBQ grills and a pay by app laundry room is within 100 ft. The master bedroom has a TV, so relax and watch the morning news from bed before heading out to explore the area. Smoke free property. No pets allowed.Check-in is 11:00am, check-out is 3:00pm ( flexible with enough notice)
