Welcome to Bart’s Back River Retreat, a bright and airy three-level townhome on the peaceful South End of Tybee Island. Nestled on the Back River and just a short stroll from the Back River Pier and beach, this spacious retreat offers comfort, style, and water views—perfect for families or small groups looking for a quiet coastal escape.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps up to 8 guests and features a modern open-concept main living area with brand-new furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space, a breakfast bar for four, and a dining area with seating for six—ideal for gathering after a day in the sun.

Relax in the cozy living room with two comfy couches and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, or step out onto the main deck and take in the serene views of the Back River. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee or enjoying a sunset glass of wine, it’s the perfect outdoor spot to unwind.

Sleeping arrangements include:
Primary Bedroom (3rd Floor) – King bed, en-suite bath with large shower, flat-screen TV, and private balcony with stunning river views and outdoor seating.
Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor) – Queen bed, flat-screen TV, access to a private balcony, full bath in the hallway.
Bedroom 2 (3rd Floor) – Two queen beds, flat-screen TV, private balcony, and access to a full bath down the hall. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway.

Enjoy the private backyard with beautiful river views—great for watching nature or letting the kids play (note: no dock, swimming, or fishing allowed from the property). There are two staircases inside connecting the floors, and parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway (garage not for guest use).

Great Location and Sunset Views

The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and neat, the check in/out process was simple. The location was perfect and the views were even better than the pictures. We got lucky with great weather and pretty sunsets every night.

Each room was spacious and had its own bathroom. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect! I can’t wait to book again here.
