The Space:
Despite its compact size (115 sq. ft.), Salvador's Seclusion is thoughtfully equipped to provide comfort and convenience. The studio features a cozy Queen bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, along with complimentary coffee supplies to jumpstart your mornings. Stay cool with air conditioning, enjoy free WiFi, and catch your favorite shows on cable TV. For added convenience, shared laundry facilities are available just down the hall.

Location is great and pretty quiet except roosters but roosters are everywhere. The room we stayed at needs a dresser to place cloths. Kitchenette was great for the holiday Thanksgiving.

We had a great stay! The property is super cute, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect - quiet but still a close walk to everything. The room had everything we needed, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. The women working reception were also great to work with.The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, although it was listed as is. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it.

it is discouraging to read that the only thing that upset you was something that should have never happened. We have many outlets for you to reach our office and staff and obviously have more than enough toilet paper and deliver to guests daily on request. We have checked and we have no communication from you on any of the many outlets. It is apparent that you ran into a cleaning crew that was unsympathetic because they are unrelated to our units and unrelated to our company. In the future we just request that you reach out to us be either the phone, the breezeway messaging app, texting us or stopping one of our employees that is wearing one of our Colocada shirts. I hate that another company left a bad taste in your mouth about our service. Our staff is actually trained to not use the word no. If the answer is no, they are directed to find another way to tell you and if you are unsatisfied with their answer, they are directed to reach out to management. I am confident that your interaction was not with anyone on our staff. Nonetheless, I apologize for the bad experience and I will track down who you interacted with and make sure they refer to us in the future. We look forward to your return trip and having the opportunity to show you how our service actually works.

Intimate space for a couple to spend a few nights in the tropics, close enough to Duval and Whitehead that you don’t have to drive to bars or restaurants but also far enough away to stay out of the more crowded areas. Room was very clean upon arrival and amenities of property were nice as well

The room itself was dirty. The fan was full of dirt and when we turned it on jr blew dirt everywhere. The bathroom shower did not drain properly and made the entire bathroom floor wet. The pool was down when we got there but a call to the Richard, the VRBO, contact rectified the situation with the pool. The room and common areas need a good scrub down. Good point was that it was only three block from Duval St.

The price was really really high for what we got, which was basically a hole in a wall. There were bugs inside crawling over lots of things. The bathroom smelled like sewage, which made the rest of the small room smell like sewage. Overall the value was quite low, and we wouldn't suggest someone else stay there. The smells and ants warrant a partial refund. There was not enough time and attention put into the place. the shower shelf fell several times. And the TV didnt work right.

Great use of every square inch of this guest house and a good place to crash for a couple of nights. Nice little pool. Definitely needs a better AC unit that doesn't make so much noise, though. That was the biggest drawback and why I would not recommend room 4.

Really nice place and location

It's small -- made very clear in the listing. But it was clean, comfortable and very convenient to Duval.The backyard pool and courtyard are quite nice as well. Would stay again for sure (with one), and probably with two.

The room was perfect for what I needed. I was by myself so there was enough space. The pool was lively and I was able to walk everywhere. My only issue was the rooster that woke me up every morning around 4:00am. Not the problem of the place I stayed but it was annoying. Also, the room was a nice cool temperature every time I walked in which was nice after walking around in the heat.
