You’ll enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a smooth cook top, side-by-side fridge with in-door water and ice dispenser, and all the small appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare your favorite meal- even a Keurig to start each morning off right! The dining area offers a beautiful table with seating for six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The master suite is elegantly appointed, hosting a king-size premium bed, a huge LCD television and beachfront balcony access! The attached master bath is equally impressive, featuring a jetted garden tub, a separate walk-in shower and his-and-her vanities. The second bedroom offers 2 ultra-comfortable queen-size beds and another large LCD television. The condo was very spacious and clean The Resort is in a great location. We did have to drive about 15 mins down toward Orange Park to find good Restaurants. Overall an excellent condo and resort

Great getaway

The property was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. Condo is close enough to Pensacola that we spent a day there, but also close enough to Orange Beach that we would go there for some meals. We really enjoyed this place!

Good location on Perdido Key. Condo view and large deck was excellent. The condo appliances, beds, bathrooms and furniture all need updated. Beds not comfortable. No kitchen basics are provided except dishes.

Walking into the condo you are staring at the gulf of mexico. Absolutely beautiful. The condo and facilities were clean.The only dislike i had was the many light switches but grateful for the lights. Would definitely stay again

It was great place to stay and when we had problems it got resolved quickly. Only thing is the beds wasn’t comfortable at all. Could use some updated furniture and mattresses. Need more seating in living room since it sleeps 6-8 people. Overall we had great stay!!

Great value in early March. Location is perfect with superb balcony and general living conditions. Hardware in unit needs upgrading in bathrooms and kitchen. Minor cosmetic defects. Would be nice to have some beach chairs and an umbrella for use. Otherwise perfect and will come again!

Just what we needed...

We had a smooth check in, and absolutely loved the balcony. A couple of small cosmetic issues, but nothing we couldn't overlook. Two suggestions: a better quality coffee maker would be appreciated. And being beach side, 4 portable beach chairs and towels would be a bonus amenity. The kid "overseeing" the rental chair situation was annoying.

Romantic Beach Vacation

The beach was wonderful and a very short walk - easy and flat. The check in was easy and very clear as were the directions provided to the resort. The balcony was the best part of the whole room. Having a full table outside allowing work, food and fun. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view and shade from heat of the day. Only caution was that the fixtures and appliances are old and need updates. Everything was very clean but the rust showed thru the paint touch ups. Was a little unprepared for how far away shopping malls and entertainment were from the complex. Dinner out was much harder than we had anticipated due to the 30 min drives. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

Nice condo with beautiful view

We really enjoyed this condo. It has a nice balcony with comfortable seating and a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable also. The beach is a very short walk in front of the condo and we never had a problem finding a close spot. My only suggestions for future updates are that the tub faucet looks tacky as it's been painted but is chipping off & the fridge has a missing button (but it still works). Also for any future renters there are no spices or condiments whatsoever (including no salt & pepper). Through no fault of the owners, one of the two elevators was broken when we arrived so bringing our stuff up along with all the other people checking in was very tedious. Elevator was fixed after a few days so check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time!

Overall it was a wonderful trip! The customer service we received from Luxury Coastal was top notch. I appreciate all of the communications that were had with the realty group. I would have given everything a 5-star if it hadn't been for the several different dirty spots in the kitchen and the extremely outdated appliances. There were crumbs in the freezer all around the ice maker and it looked like dried milk on the glass cutting board and the front of the refrigerator had several dirty spots. I cleaned the front and inside of refrigerator. And the front of the refrigerator there was a lot of rusting spots, no way for it to even appear clean. The dishwasher was so old that the letters had wore off and someone had printed out new labels and taped it onto the front of the dishwasher. But overall, we enjoyed the stay in the Beach Colony and would return, just not to that specific condo.

Perfect Place for a Spring Break Family Vacation!

My wife, three kids, and I just wrapped up a wonderful 6-night stay at Beach Colony 12B! After a 14-hour drive south from Chicago, the condo was exceptionally clean with plenty of room for all five of us to make the most of our time, both inside and outside the condo. Our three kids shared the front room that has two very comfortable queen size beds and my wife and I spread out in the master, which was equipped with a master bath, huge shower, and jacuzzi tub, and very comfortable king-sized bed. The bed, itself, is situated on the west wall of the room, so we could enjoy waking up each morning to a perfect view of the sun rising over the gulf just outside our balcony doors. We also slept with our sliding door open so that we could hear the sound of the gulf waves as we drifted off into sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals and enjoy breakfast and dinner on the outdoor balcony. The property itself was also great. Easy access to a beautiful Florida sandy beach, heated indoor pool with hot tub, two outdoor pools, and a turfed tennis court. Granted, the weather was a bit unseasonably cold and windy during our stay, but the only very slight complaint we had was that water in both outdoor pools was very cold, and we weren't able to take advantage of these facilities. Thank goodness for the indoor pool and hot tub! We would definitely come back to Beach Colony 12b in the future! Thank you!
