Just 3 miles from historic Gruene, Texas, where you can enjoy fine dining, wine tasting, and live music at Gruene Hall. With brand-new furnishings and a bright, open layout, this cottage is perfect for relaxing or exploring everything New Braunfels has to offer.

Escape to this newly built, beautifully furnished cottage in the tranquil Solm's Landing neighborhood. The home features two spacious bedrooms, perfect for restful nights, and a bright, open floor plan filled with natural light.

Gather around the dining area, which comfortably seats six, or enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen with ample counter space and has all the essentials to make your stay comfortable including a Keurig coffee maker.

Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds and the home comfortably sleeps four adults.

The living room includes a full-sized sofa and a loveseat in addition end tables.

The home is equipped with two smart TVs that have streaming capabilities, along with complimentary Wi-Fi.

A full sized washer and dryer are also steps away from the kitchen (effective October 18).

Great Place to Stay

This location was a great place to stay for my family and I. It’s only a few minutes drive to Schlitterbahn water park. The location is nice, cozy, very very clean, the neighborhood was safe, plenty of parking and the host gave very detail instructions. The host was also very responsive with any questions we had. I can’t say enough how clean it was which is very important to us. I’d stay again so I give it 5 stars.

Beautiful, spotless, and cozy!

Property was spotless, with super easy check in, and well-stocked, cozy space. We were two couples in town for wine tasting; two bedrooms and two bathrooms perfectly suited our needs. The property had everything we needed for a quick getaway, and more. One in our group pondered “not leaving” the property, they enjoyed it so much :). Perfect holiday weekend

We met our grown son at the San Antonio airport and drove straight to the house. We were relieved to find it as advertised -neat and clean and right behind our mother’s assisted living facility. We enjoyed visiting, watching NBA playoffs, and hearing live music at the legendary and historic Gruene Hall (ten minutes away). We appreciated the owner’s communication and responsiveness as well.
