The apartment is an unique combination of modern comfort and design with authenticity. Bedroom and a big living with an open kitchen, a sere with France balcony, a beautiful wet room with rainshower and an apart toilet in the hall. The apartment has his own entrance.

Clean, Comfortable, Perfectly Located Apartment!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Dependance! The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance to shops and restraunts. Perfectly located with convenient access to public transportation. The host is very helpful, approachable and speaks fluent english. Thank you Loes for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful, comfortable apartment!

Dependance is a luxurious, clean, comfortable apartment. It’s beautifully decorated and private. The large window from the kitchen/living room opens over a lovely, relaxing garden. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals for 1-4 people. There's an Nespresso machine for coffee. There’s a separate toilet and large shower. Towels are fluffy and fresh. The king bed is very comfortable, as is the rollout single bed. There is plenty of storage space. Rotterdam is one of my favorite cities in the world and this apartment is in great location. Centraal Station, where you can catch trains, buses, trams and metro is about 1 mile north. If you prefer not to walk that far you can get around easily by tram or metro which have stops close to the apartment. Het Park and the Euromast Tower are less than a mile to the south. To the east is the new Markthal. There’s also a flea market near the Markthal. You can walk to restaurants and shops in almost any direction or take a waterbus or water taxi across the Nieuwe Maas to the Hotel New York, Dordrecht and Kinderdijk. The owners are fluent in English and very helpful. They're always happy to help or answer any questions. Treat yourself to a stay at Appartement Dependance. You won’t regret it.

Dank der Wohnung, die ideal gelegen für alle Aktivitäten in dieser Stadt ist, war unser Rotterdam-Aufenthalt noch besser, als es die Stadt allein ermöglicht hätte. Alles, was wichtig ist, ist in der Nähe und das Zentrum, der Wasserbus und auch Delfshaven sind fußläufig. Vielen Dank Loes, ich hoffe, wir waren nicht zu laut und dürfen wiederkommen. :-)

Fantastic Hideaway close to the Center

The photos don't lie, this is a beautiful apartment! The location is perfect; you can walk to the River, Museum Park, or the Centre of town from here. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street. I brought several of my colleagues to visit the place; they were are impressed with how nicely-appointed and thoughtfully decorated it was. Everything is very clean and there is plenty of space. The owners are very nice and available if there are any problems. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!
