Apartment in Rotterdam

It is located in a big street on the second floor (no lift) very near the city centre. It is a renovated and fully exipted apartment in a beautifull 1900 century building.
One bedroom apartment in Rotterdam with kitchen and small bathroom with shower. There is a two persons bed of 140cm by 200cm. Also there is a separate sleeping place on the sofabed in the livingroom.
Central heating is also in winter available. Smart TV with 25 chanals and internet and WIFI.
On the third floor there is the washingmachine located.

Is only 10 min walk away from central station and the centre 15 minutes. Easy connection with tram and bus.

Be aware in Rotterdam it is paid parking.
We have sometimes an option for a parking place in a nearby garage please let us know if you are interested then we can see if it is available and send you the price.

Great Location

The apartment was lovely and the location perfect (2 tram stops from Rotterdam Centraal). My only comment would be that it could do with brighter lighting - both on the stairs up to the flat and in the evening within the flat (in daytime it's beautiful and bright with big windows). We always carry a flashlight and it got plenty of use.

Light Bright Cute apartment. Easy check In. Eddy helpful and we appreciated being able to leave bags when we arrived early. Narrow stairs to apartment. Glad we only had small bags. Comfortable stay.

The owner is very helpful and accomodating. The apt. is well equipped, very bright, spacious and ideally located. I have, however, one big complaint: it was very dirty and had clearly not been cleaned before we arrived; there are also some repairs needed. Once these are done, we would certainly recommend this property.

Convenient and Neat

The location was very convenient to our needs. Walkable to Central Station in 15 mins or via nearby tram. Also near to many restaurants. Available washing machine was a great convenience. The small fridge held plenty for our multi-day stay. Kitchen equipped nicely. Be prepared for city street noise in the living room. Less so with bedroom doors closed and most of it died down by 23:00. Eddy was the most responsive host I’d ever had, returning messages within minutes. It was unseasonably hot during our stay and it did get hot in the apartment. We wished for a fan but did understand that it was not typical weather and we could get a good cross breeze with the windows open.

Could be perfect but essentials are missing

We had a nice time in the apartment which was clean and with a good location but their were a some important stuff missing. - No pillows or flat sheet for the sofabed - very thin covers and no heater so we spent some very cold nights - No handsoap or dishwashing liquide - No coffee maker - The curtains are verylight so the apartment gets really clear in the early morning - At some point the water heater stoped working so we didn't have hot water for our showers, the owner never answered neither came to fix the problem. We are luck we were handy and were able afeter a few hours to repair it ourselves but event after that still no answer from the owner. The apartment itself is.nice but the service is minimum

WORKING WELL: Eddy was a fast responsive communicator who helped resolve issues that arose. The apartment appeared freshly painted, felt open, was very clean and had lovely light. Although beside a busy street, the bedroom was very quiet, and noise was minimal throughout. The kitchen was well equipped and had many brand new items. The TV appeared new (we did not use it.) WIFI was reliable. The washing machine was easy to use and one floor up. The location was ideal for the rail station and major sites—about 10 minutes to the station, 30 or so to walk anywhere. It is also a less tourist filled area. There were lots of restaurant and grocery store options. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: The automatic lighting in the stairs was a bit iffy and dim on our floor. The gas heating for water stopped 4 times in 1 week—Eddy gave instructions on how to fix it that worked, but a problem. The welcome gift of water was missing, as was dish detergent and there was not enough toilet paper—all fixed immediately after asking. There were no toiletries and no hair dryer, important for some but not others. On the last day, we found the lockbox was being used for 2 apartments, so just kept our keys with us as it did not feel secure. Instructions for checkout came after we left. Given Eddy’s responsiveness, I expect most of these issues will be fixed. There are 40 steep stairs to the place, so not suggested if you have any mobility issues or large luggage.

Je met 4 étoiles, pour un inconnue qui s’est permis de forcer leur porte, pour essayer de se réfugier à l’étage squatteur j’ai eu très très peur (Eddy et ça femme ont fait preuve de calme et d’empathie envers moi au vue de mes angoisses) la police es venue malgré tout. Je tiens souligner que la femme de ménage a des propos accusateurs sur les voyageurs type qu’on es des voleurs etc propos à caractère raciste…. Les propriétaires sont des gens très aimables, souriant nous avons eu le logement très propre magnifique vue sur Rotterdam, proche des shop, commerce, tram à proximité vélo électrique disponible. A 10 min de la gare et à peu près 5 minutes voir 7 minutes en tramway je recommande ce logement car ce sont de belles personnes souriante avec qui le feeling es très bien passé merci à Eddy pour l’accueil vraiment très très agréable ! L’aute toujours disponible en cas de problèmes

Das Zimmer ist okay für den Preis, leider Gebrauschsspuren, manche Sachen sollten renoviert, repariert oder ausgetauscht werden. Das was uns am wenigsten gefiel, war die Treppe ( 2.Stock). Alle drei Treppen sind sehr steil (Gebäude abhängig) und gewunden. Schlecht zu nutzen, gerade mit Koffer o.ä. Die Beleuchtung der Treppen ist sehr schlecht, gerade im Dunklen, da die Stufen teilweise nicht beleuchtet werden oder das Licht zu spät einschaltet ( Bewegungsmelder ! ) Die Lage in Rotterdam ist sehr gut. Der Vermieter (Eddy) war gut erreichbar und hat unsere Probleme schnell und gut behoben. Eddy, Danke dafür. Wer mit Fahrrädern und Auto anreist, sollte via Eddy einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage dazu buchen, sonst ist das Fahrrad weg. Meins wurde in der ersten Nacht gestohlen, trotz ZWEIER ! guter Schlösser ! an stabilem Halterahmen. Unsere Fahrräder wurden dann in der Tiefgarage mit auf dem Autostellplatz abgestellt. Ggf. Eddy ansprechen. Alles in allem okay, aber definitiv nicht fabelhaft.

Schöne Wohnung

Gemütliche Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit Eddy war sehr gut. Wir brauchten noch etwas und es war schnell da. Die Küche ist ok. Könnte aber noch einen Topf und etwas an Gewürzen gebrauchen.

Wohnung ist o.k., aber die Matratze ist durchgelegen. Der Lüfter im Bad hat den Lautstärkepegel eines Hubschraubers. Man sollte mal über Fliegengitter nachdenken. In der Wohnung ist es recht stickig und Lüften hat eine Mückenplage zur Folge.

Logement clair et propre.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, logement rénové et propre, bien situé par rapport à la gare , spacieux. Un plus serait de prévoir des rideaux occultants dans la chambre. Le matelas est vraiment trop mou par contre. Un store côté cuisine serai appréciable quand il fait très chaud comme ce fut le cas lors de notre sejour.

Nombreuses ampoules du plafond cuisine salon et chambre ne fonctionnent pas.Salle de bain pas de lavabo mais un lave main eau froide ! Matelas à ressort usé à bout de souffle, impossible de dormir à deux confortablement, vmc salle de bain trop trop bruyante raccordée à la lumière et commandée par un cordon sale. Parquet stratifié usé certaines lames sont décalées et coupantes, porte d'appartement pas aux normes trop fragile. Chauffage pas assez souvent allumé. Escaliers périlleux !!!!

住所整潔乾淨，交通方便，即使步行到中央車站只需10分鐘，房東回答問題反應快，及即時解決。美中不足如果有提頭髮氣筒就更好，另外浴室洗面盤如果大小小和有溫水供應就更好，但這倆個不是大問題。

Vacances découverte des Pays-Bas

Découverte des Pays-Bas en couple en nous situant à Rotterdam car central de ce que nous voulions voir. L'appartement est très bien situé, notamment proche du centre-ville à pied (y compris de la gare, pratique pour naviguer vers les autres villes comme Amsterdam). Les échanges avec le gérant sont très réactifs. Le logement dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire (draps, cuisinière et frigo, serviettes). Il est toutefois situé proche d'une route passante et donc un peu bruyante, et les fenêtres n'ont que des rideaux légers (donc lumineux tôt en matinée). En conclusion : nous recommandons cet appartement pour un séjour à Rotterdam, notamment dans l'optique de visiter le centre et voyager par train au sein du pays. A noter : pas de parking gratuit. Nous avons vu avec le gérant pour louer une place moyennant surplus.

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité des commodités. Rotterdam est une ville où l'on fait beaucoup de découvertes. Visites culturelles au rendez-vous, découvertes de transports différents water bus...., architecture insolite, mélange de tradition et de modernité... beaucoup de beaux lieux, musées à proximité
