All season house; close to Winter Park and Granby Ranch skiing; hot tub

This spacious house has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space for families. Large, open kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed with views of the Winter Park ski area from the upper deck. Other five bedrooms have queen beds and windows in each room. Each floor has its own bathroom with a tub and shower. Hot tub and grill on the main deck. The area is great for hiking, biking or skiing. The town of Fraser is nearby for any shopping needs. Plenty of room for parking at the house. 45 minutes to the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Quiet neighborhood with dark skies for stargazing. Note - no parties or outside guests. Grand County STR permit #103631.

This house has been family owned for over 20 years. We have loved spending time at the house and enjoy time outdoors in Colorado. Hiking and snow shoeing are our favorite activities in the Fraser area.

Why they chose this property

Our house is on a fair-sized lot with other houses nearby but completely separate. The neighborhood is a mix of people who live here full time and some who are here part time only. Close to amenities in Fraser.
