Only $62. for this private Twin Bed Bedroom & Bathroom w/ Glass Enclosed Shower, Large Sink, Toilet with Central AC & WiFi. Perfect for solo guests for long or short stays.
No need to go thru the house to enter the bedroom. Private entrance to the room is direct from the large concrete driveway where you can park your car by the entry door. Not every guest comes by car so the $9 parking is not included in the booking. Pets are allowed at $15. each. Guests that choose to park on our concrete driveway are monitored with surveillance cameras for safety. Please look at the photos of the driveway and entry door in the listing.
