- With bedrooms enough for 8 adults, we also have potential for more sleeping options including a couch with mattress topper or air mattress, just send us a message if you’re interested in those options.

- 2 full bathrooms upstairs: 1 off the primary bedroom and 1 off the hall
- Gorgeous tile showers
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap provided
- A half bath downstairs with laundry washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and detergent for your stay.

- The couch can fit 4 easily, 5 cozily, and the 6 game table chairs can also be turned towards the TV for additional viewing.
- There is a garage but it is currently inaccessible for guests.

- From the house, you can easily get on I90 in just a few minutes to get to Spokane, Coeur D' Alene, Spokane International Airport and more.
- It's in a safe and secure neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and little traffic.
- Also near multiple bus stops, parks, and shopping.
- There are 2 driveway parking spaces, and plentiful street parking, with options for extra long vehicles or trailers as well.

Please Note - No parties or events allowed at this property. The property is intended for use by the guests who book, not for outside events. Reasonable requests for daytime visitors or small family dinners will most likely be approved. Thank you!

After 4 guests, we charge an extra guest fee of $10 per night per guest. We provide a lot of extras to make our home comfortable and accommodating, but with more guests comes more use of these things as well as more time to prepare and clean the home. We feel that even with the fee, you are getting an amazing value compared to having to book multiple hotel rooms to accommodate a larger group. Please book for the accurate number of people. A $150 fee will be charged if guests stay in the home that were not included in the booking.

*Quiet Hours are from 9pm-7am. We have great neighbors and want to respect them.
*No Smoking inside the house or garage, please be respectful and clean up all mess.
