Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all the trash in the garbage and recycle cans under the carport. Load the dishwasher and start it. Please all the towels either in the bathroom or laundry room.
Please make sure everything is turned off - both inside and outside. Adjust the thermostat to 76.
Please be sure all the doors are locked when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Hidden Tiger is located in a quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours beginning at 10pm.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the home, on the front porch or back patio.
Parties / events are not allowed. Only guests on the reservation should be on the property during your stay.

We are originally from New Orleans, but met at LSU and never left Baton Rouge. We are recently retired and are loving it! Switching this home from a long term rental to a VRBO seemed like such a fun idea.

Why they chose this property

The Hidden TIger is located in the wonderful subdivision called Southdowns. People love living in this type of community and you will see why when you visit. This location is close to so many wonderful activities.

What makes this property unique

This home was recently renovated with lots of new furnishings throughout the house. Both the front and back yards are large. The patio in the back yard includes a new BBQ grill, outdoor dining table and chairs plus a new FirePit with 6 Adirondack chairs (ingredients for S’Mores included).
