NEW IN 2024 A NEW Living Room added overlooking the ocean and connecting the kitchen and dining areas. Also NEW SCREENED IN PORCH AND LARGER OPEN DECKS OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN. THE LARGE AND PRIVATE MASTER BEDROOM overlooking the ocean walks out into the screened in room. Charming oceanside cottage with screened-in porch and deck overlooking the water. Beautiful views of the water and pine studded islands. Watch eagles, osprey, seals, porpoises, and whales from the property. Less than a mile from the Head Harbour Lighthouse, the most photographed lighthouse in New Brunswick. Walk to beautiful Head Harbour to see the fishing boats or catch a whale watching tour. 3 bedrooms- 1 with full size bed, 1 with bunk beds, plus a sleeping loft and a new Master Bedroom with queen size bed. We purchased the Sea Urchin Cottage and bought the private abutting cottages over the years and summer of 2024 will be our 36th year of renting and enjoying our family which now includes 8 grandchildren newborn to 12! The Starfish Cottage is amazing with all the improvements we have done over the year with the amazing and large Master bedroom, the new LIVING ROOM and screened in porch in 2024. The SUNSETS ARE SPECTACULAR FROM THE STARFISH COTTAGE! A very nice place for children with its large and flat yard! The views of the Whales, boats and wildlife is great at the Starfish Cottage!
