I am a retired CPA firm owner who likes to travel. I searched for years for my definition of paradise and founded on a mountain side in Uvita Costa Rica come and see for yourself.
Why they chose this property
My house is directly above Marina Whales tail national park! My criteria for buying included the following: large piece of land, spectacular ocean view, primary jungle with large trees, a waterfall! And I found it all after spending lots of time looking!
What makes this property unique
13 1/2 acres of primary jungle, with 350 feet of elevation on my land alone, 50 mile spectacular coastline view, lots of privacy, tons of wildlife, freshest air in the world!
