Other Things to Note: - Please note: The rocks in front of the house are just beyond the property line and are a popular spot for local fishermen. The rocks are considered public property and we cannot control who uses them. If anyone is ever being disruptive or disrespectful, please let us know right away and we’ll do our best to address it. - Moran Lake Beach is just a quick 1-minute walk away! Please note that there is no direct beach access from the ocean-facing side of the house. Additionally, since the backyard opens directly to the ocean without a fence, we kindly ask that children are always supervised in this area for their safety. - There is a new home being built across the street, so occasional construction noise may be heard during your stay. - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Absolutely incredible place! The pictures don’t even do it justice. The views/sunsets from the backyard are magical. And the house was clean, modern and so spacious. We already booked it again for next year! Can’t wait to go back!
This house is amazing! The views, the location next to a nice beach, the amenities, comfy beds, and lots of space for our family of 9! There are actually 4 full bathrooms which was a nice surprise too!The host was very responsive and kind!We will be coming back!
Overall great with only one Negative. First of all the property is stunning and probably the nicest property we have ever booked. The house is immaculate and the design is great taking full advantage of the ocean. The appliances are top of the line and you can control the climate in the house with an abundance of windows. Now for the one negative but is significant..or was for us The back yard is only about 20 feet to the ocean wall. The ocean wall consists of some beautiful white boulders that forms a stunning wall down to the ocean. The problem is that these rocks, although they are on the property, is considered public beach access, especially for local fisherman that come almost every day to stand on those rocks and fish literally 3 feet from your deck chair in the yard. Looking out your back door and seeing a stranger in your yard is alarming, especially when you are married to someone who has been a victim of violent crime. Before we knew that the rocks were public, we confronted them politely and on one occasion he became belligerent and began cursing at us letting us know he had every right to be there. VRBO did offer to let us check out early and refund our remaining nights. We ended up leaving one day early. So..I can't say enough nice things about the house...and the property management did the best they could. Just be aware of this one unique feature of the home. Privacy will be an issue until the owner constructs a more secure barrier to the seawall .
