Lovely spacious one bed apartment with air con & WiFi

This is a lovely apartment situated on the Marina de Lagos with a south facing balcony overlooking the garden area.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is attractively decorated with modern furnishings. There is a comfortable lounge/dining room with air conditioning and personal WiFi.
There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a wall mounted television.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet and bidet there is also a shower over the bath. Towels and bed linen for the apartment are provided for your stay. Please note we do not provide pool/beach towels.
The lounge area and bedroom are all very light and both rooms open onto the full length balcony which is equipped with a table and chairs for alfresco dining plus 2 lovely sunbeds to just soak up the sun.
A private parking space is available in the underneath garage accessed by an elevator.
The apartment is situated in one of the easiest locations for you to be able to walk to everything. A car is not needed unless you are wishing to explore further than Lagos.
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops on the Marina itself and there is a large supermarket (Pingo Doce) within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.
The nearest beach is Meia Praia, a 10 minute walk.
Lagos town itself can be accessed easily via a footbridge across the river from the Marina to the main avenue this will also take approx. 10 minutes to walk.
If you require the use of a swimming pool during your stay you can purchase access to the Marina Club hotel exterior swimming pool by the day. It is a 3 minute walk from the apartment or you have the very well equipped municipal internal swimming pool just a 8 minute walk from the apartment.
