Private Villa With Magnificent Sea Views

Both bedrooms are on suite . The one has a large double bed , the other two singles. There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms , with sliding doors opening up into the garden. Very high security , with automatic roller shutter doors, alarm systems. Apartment has fully fitted kitchen , with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and all cleaning/washing detergents provided.

Open plan lounge and coffee area has flat screen Televisions with satellite , guest to use own Nexflix codes and seating for 6 people. Games/cards /local travel books/fiction books provided. All glass provides views of garden/pool and beautiful sea views. Patio has hanging chairs and lounge chairs next to heated splash pool - all glass balcony walls ensure un-interupted sea views. Patio has built in gas and wood braai for barbeques. There is s lock up garage for parking. There is a local care -taker next door who can assist with any requirements during your stay.
Lovely area on the mountain to relax , enjoy the views and plan your daily outings. Please note pool is not heated during winter months from may to september

Ein guter Aufenthalt

Wir haben diese Unterkunft zum 2. mal gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Als überaus positiv haben wir die Unabhängigkeit vom Load Shedding genossen. Leider hatten wir sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter. Die Temperaturen waren sogar für deutsche Verhältnisse zu tief. Dabei ist uns aufgefallen das ein 2. Heizkörper gut angebracht wäre. Trotzdem hatten wir eine gute Zeit. Danke dafür

Fabulous stay in Feb 2020

Stayed in this lovely villa in Feb 2020 which is in a lovely position on Mountainside with fabulous views across the bay towards Cape Town. The villa itself is well equipped and ideal for a holiday stay. The hosts are also very friendly and welcoming, would definitely stay again

spectacular view night and day

Very homely, clean and well appointed apartment with lovely kitchen/ main room. Bedrooms have comfy beds and nice en suite bathrooms. Although modern sofa in TV lounge, the apartment would benefit from comfy sitting room chairs. The caretaker is extremely friendly and helpful as is the maid who visits twice a week. Great holiday and a place to return to, to relax and explore somemore.

Superschöne Aussicht und tolle Villa

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Villa sehr genossen, vor allem die schöne Aussicht bis hin nach Kapstadt. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden, leider konnten wir den Planschpool aufgrund des Wassermangels nicht benutzen, er hätte dringend der Reinigung bedurft. Als Ausgangspunkt für Golfspieler ist die Lage der Wohnung ideal, aber die Orte Gordons Bay und Strand sind nicht wirklich schön.

We have a lovely stay at Villa Lucca. The view from the villa is magnificent, day & night!!!. Our host has thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It's truly a home away from home. Would definitely stay when we are next in Gordon's Bay.

Atemberaubende Aussicht! November 2016

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind top und lassen keinerlei Wünsche offen! Die Bilder sagen schon eine Menge aus, aber "live" ist es nochmal beeindruckender. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung sind gewährleistet. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist zuverlässig und freundlich. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses hervorragende Ferienhaus für unseren Aufenthalt in Südafrika nutzen. L+M

Exquisites Feriendomizil

Das Ferienhaus Villa Lucca mit Pool hat eine exzellente Hanglage in Gordons Bay mit herrlichem Blick über die gesamte False Bay bis zum Tafelberg. EIn sehr großes Ferienhaus für 4 Personen, das keine Wünsche offenlässt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, in fast neuwertigem Zustand. Vom vom Vermieter wurden wir mit allen wichtigen Informationen und guten Ausflugstips versorgt. DIe Pinguinkolonie in SeaPoint ist ein sehr schöner Ausflug entlang der Küstenstraße in ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Dieses Feriendomizill ist ein echter Geheimtipp und sehr zu empfehlen.

Sit and relax in the hanging chair or read a book on the day bed on the balcony. Bedding and towels are changed once a week for stays longer than 7 days . Large open garden/heated splash pool and enjoy the most spectacular sea views from almost anywhere in the apartment
