Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place dirty towels in bathtub upstairs. Remove sheets and pillow cases and place by the washer. Do not remove comforters or quilts from bedrooms.
Follow all checkout instructions included in the welcome guide at the house. Remove all trash. Keep furniture and arrangements of household items the same.
Report any damages to the owner instantly and address any concerns before checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
