Escape Down East to Harkers Island. This historic waterfront cottage built in 1912 will take you back in time to when life was a little sweeter, the pace was little slower and making memories was all that mattered.

We are the 3rd family to own this home since 1912. Being a home of this age there are some characteristics that line up with an old home:
unlevel floor, low ceilings, narrow and steep stairs and some other quirky things. We love all of it and we hope you will too.

Perfect place of respite

Gracie's exceeded all expectations and was exceptionally clean and cozy and welcoming. Would recomnend to anyone for a place to refresh.

Adorable Harkers Island getaway!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gracie’s Landing! It was a great location and being on the water was so nice! The sunsets were beautiful!! The house was so quaint!! Dealing with Mike was so easy and he was so nice!! Our family will definitely stay again!!
