Charming 2-bedroom house in East Oakland with AC
Comfortable, open living space with dedicated office space for two and a relaxing garden complete with seating. Conveniently located between Northeastern at Mills College/ Highway 580 and Coliseum/Highway 880. Toddler toys and activities make this an ideal stay for families. Amenities include central heat/AC, Sonos speakers, towel heater, dishwasher, bidet, Nintendo Switch, and high-capacity air filters. Fully equipped kitchen with Instant Pot, Vitamix blender, microwave, and many pantry staples. Off-street driveway parking with space for two cars. The backyard is shared with an additional studio unit that is rented to short-term guests for about half the year and occupied by my mother-in-law the other half of the year. Se habla español.
