The rooms are are not as described bed down stairs only is a matters and box spring. Also the downstairs bathroom had dirty laundry in it

We'd like to clarify for future guests that the downstairs storage area is not part of the rental accommodations. It is a private space used exclusively for storing extra linens, cleaning supplies, and other items needed to maintain the home. Any mattress, laundry, or supplies located in that area are not intended for guest use. To help prevent any future confusion, we have since installed a lock and a clearly marked "Private Storage" sign on the door. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
