The apartment is located on the Armonia Exclusive Apartments, which is situated in a quiet residential area strategically located between the popular village of Kapparis and the major town Paralimni.

The complex is walking distance from major supermarkets, bakeries and stores in Paralimni and close to the bars and restaurants and beaches located in Kapparis which is a short walk away. The complex is 5 minutes by car from the family resort of Protaras and 3 minutes by car from Paralimni town centre. The complex is also situated close to the local bus routes to Paralimni, Ayia Napa and beyond

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is easily accessible. The bedroom has 2 single beds with an ensuite bathroom and double doors which open on the veranda and private garden area. The living area is well furnished with a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed, TV and android TV box, Radio/Music entertainment system, Games consoles, Wi-Fi connection, dining table and chairs.

The Kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and features an Oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

The cleanliness of the property has deteriorated from the other times that we have been there, this is our 4th stay but unfortunately because of the lack of cleanliness it will probably be our last visit, even though we enjoyed the property and location,now we will have to start looking elsewhere sorry.
