Great place and location.

Had a great stay! Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and property is so well kept. Loved that it was a short beach walk to Clayton’s. Will book again.

Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing from the moment we arrived. We got there a little before check-in time and were told that we could not check in until 3:00 PM, which is understandable. However, when we asked if we could at least enjoy the pool while we waited, we were told no and were not even allowed to remain on the property. This was surprising, as every resort and hotel I've stayed at in the past has welcomed guests to use amenities while waiting for their room to be ready.When 3:00 PM finally arrived, we went to the condo only to be greeted by the cleaning crew, who asked us to come back in 10–15 minutes. Instead, we ended up waiting outside with our luggage for nearly an hour before the unit was actually ready. After informing the host, we were offered a late checkout until 1:00 PM as compensation.Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. The following day, after leaving for brunch and returning around 11:30 AM, we discovered that we had been locked out of the condo despite still being within our approved stay period. We were left waiting outside for another 10–15 minutes before the host was finally able to unlock the door remotely.I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals over the years, but I have never experienced this level of inconvenience and poor guest service. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience filled with unnecessary hassles.
