For rent a beautiful and cozy house in Ubatuba.

The house is within the Sape Condominium and only 30 meters from the beach. Located between the beaches Maranduba and Lagoinha, very close to the trade, bakery, market, ice cream.

About the condo: has concierge and 24 hour security.

About the house:
Holds up to 14 people in beds, with 3 bedrooms downstairs and a master suite upstairs overlooking the sea.

Room Description:
Bedroom 1: 1 double + 1 single bed with fan
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed with fan
Bedroom 2: 2 single masonry beds with fan
Master suite: 1 double + 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed with fan and closet

The living room is integrated with the kitchen. It has 4 seater sofa + brickwork rack with TV + fan.
It also has a pool table and a dining table for 12 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, besides the necessary for use.

In total there are 2 bathrooms plus 1 half bathroom, 1 suite bathroom + 1 social bathroom - with shower and glass shower

Recreation Area:
Barbecue grill
Terrace around the house and with hooks for placing up to 2 hammocks.

Walled house with gates and garage for up to 3 cars.

For all bookings you will need to pay $ 100 for the cleaning fee.

We work with lease agreement. To make the reservation make a deposit of 50% of the total and the rest on delivery of keys.

Daily rate does not apply to holidays and high season.
