This 1898 Victorian home in the Uptown Historic district has it's unique and cozy apartment accessible from the outside near pool area by private staircase entrance. Consider this apartment your home away from home while you visit St. Augustine just 1 mile from Vilano beach. This cozy space features 2 bedrooms with a pleasant mix of sleeping arrangements - 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 twin trundle bed. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer and acessories. In the additional living room space, you'll find a comfy sofa bed perfect for lounging, watching TV, and enjoying the fireplace. The kitchen supplies a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Enjoy a screened in front porch for viewing sunset! Take a swim in our private pool (heated on request), relax in gazebo areas, and grill out! Walking distance to historic downtown, Fountain of Youth, the Old Jail, and great dining. Myself, friends and our two new puppies stayed at this location this past weekend, for the city of lights and it was perfect spot to rent a golf cart and get all around town and we also fell in love with the restaurant boat drinks which is walking distance. I would definitely recommend and stay again

Place was in a great location, we rode our bikes to downtown St Aug. Owner Stevie was attentive and generous. Pool is a nice touch.

Would stay again in a heartbeat! My 11 year-old daughter and I loved the house, the pool, the garden, and the location. And Stevie was friendly and incredibly helpful, including showing us some sites we might not otherwise have found & even giving us rides (we were traveling without a car). Truly above and beyond hospitality.

Location Location Location

Really cute apartment on top floor of a Victorian House. Private separate entrance and a great screened in balcony out from the living room. We hopped on the tram, one block down from house, to head downtown. We were 2 blocks away from the Fountain of Youth. Even got a swim in with the kids, don’t forget to ask Stevie to put the heater on for the pool! Great stay for the 4 of us.would definitely return!

Perfect location & historic charm in St. Augustine

We had a wonderful stay at Stevie's house. It is located in a great location near all of the attractions, but still just outside of the busy, crowded downtown. We were there for Christmas, and having a quiet, peaceful retreat to return to after the crowds & craziness of the festival of Lights, was just what we needed. Stevie was a great host, and provided me with so much valuable information about the area & recommendations before we came, which really made our trip planning a breeze! She also left us a sweet little Holiday gift, and yummy bagels to enjoy for breakfast, which was so nice! I highly recommend booking this apartment if you are planning a trip to St. Augustine and are looking for a peaceful retreat to call home during your stay!

Historical home

There is a private pool that was great. Owner was out of town. Television didn’t work. Owner tried to get another but couldn’t. So entertaining 3 kids without tv was a challenge. Place is located close to multiple attractions and that was great. Steep stairs going up to room, scary with little ones.
