Salty Seahorse - New to the rental market!
Time to relax at this modern coastal 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex with 25 ft of boat dockage and a beautiful new pool (installed December 2024)! The Salty Seahorse is located across the street from the Cabana Club (private beach and pool club included with your rental) and Havana Jack’s, and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, par 3 golf course, pickleball courts, and Sunset Beach. All 3 spacious bedrooms have a king bed, an en suite full bathroom, smart TV, closet, dresser, and private balcony. One room has an additional twin bed. A private washer and dryer, free WiFi, and central air make the house feel like home! The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dishwasher.
Spread out into the bottom floor, a fun rec room with a pool table/ping pong table, lounge furniture, smart tv, and an extra fridge with freezer for your bait. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with a sliding glass door that opens to the newly remodeled backyard with a pool, comfortable Adirondack chairs, dining area, chaise loungers, gas grill, two kayaks, and a fish cleaning table. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and pool noodles are provided for a fun day at Sombrero Beach (5 miles away) or Bahia Honda (18 miles). Soak up the best of what Key Colony Beach offers!
