Beautiful condo! Great location. Quiet property.Regency Isle is a favorite of ours. Far enough from Gulf Shores so not super busy but close enough to easily go enjoy. Many great restaurants nearby as well. Host was helpful and made checking in and out a breeze! Highly recommend!

Loved this property!! Reserved parking with super easy access to elevators, short walk to beach, beautiful decor, amazing beach view from large living room windows and nice balcony! Will definitely rebook this one!!!

The condo had ample sleeping, towels, and amenities! Access to the pools, beach, and parking were phenomenal! Shower areas could have been cleaner & wooden stool needs replaced in master shower. Overall one of our favorite Orange Beach beach locations!

Dated but convenient

This property is in a very convenient location and the walk to the beach is fab. The condo itself is a bit more dated in terms of decor and amenities than I was expecting based on the photos. It could definitely use some TLC and updating but it will work for a family staying for a short trip.

Wonderful trip!

This condo is amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the way the balcony was set up as well as the view. Everything was clean and in working order. Communication was top notch. Hope we get to visit again soon! The only thing they kept me from a 5 star rating is the parking. Only 2 parking spots. My daughter had a friend come down and stay a couple of nights and we had to find alternate parking.

Family Vacation

Property was dirty to say the least, lots of dust on decor. Decor did not match pictures, one chair looked like it was found in a dumpster. Previous tents beer caps under chairs, stool at bar is ready to break as soon as next person sits on it. Vacuum was packed dust and dirt, plug on vacuum had exposed wires. The duster in closet was completely black. Mold in the master bedroom shower. The wooden stool in master bathroom shower had black mold all over it. This was our worst experience in a VRBO. Two on my sister in laws were in the same complex and both of their units were very clean and furniture did not look like it was found in a dumpster. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Gathering

This unit is clean, well equipped and comfortable-Master shower is huge! We especially enjoyed the artwork-It looks like local artists. The large TV was very nice for watching the Iron Bowl! Location is perfect-walking distance to the Flora-Bama restaurants, short drive to grocery, etc. We would definitely stay here again. We were here with extended family-we had 4 units in all and our Thanksgiving holiday was topped by a beach proposal as we all watched from the balcony. She said "YES"!

Great place

It was really nice, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and the gas grills all was good. Only 1 complaint was the AC in our room never got below 71 degrees no matter what the setting was. But overall a great place and will be back.
