Thank you for sharing your experience at our property. We're thrilled to know you had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the proactive efforts of Adam and his son in maintaining the cleanliness of our beach. Regarding the sargassum you mentioned, it is a natural phenomenon where seaweed drifts ashore from the ocean, a situation that affects various parts of the Caribbean and Central America from time to time. Unfortunately, some trash can become entangled in these sargassum mats out at sea and consequently reach our beaches. Please know that we do our utmost to manage this, conducting daily clean-ups to ensure the beauty of our beachfront. We're glad Adam could assist in setting up the fishing expedition for your husband and his brother. Your kind words are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable visit!

Thank you, Robert, for your kind review! We're thrilled you found Anil Mar to be as fantastic as described and that the pool, beach, and stunning views made the trip well worth it. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Anil Mar. We are delighted to know that you found the location great and the place beautiful. Adam, along with our whole team, appreciates your kind words. We all strive to make our guests' stay comfortable and memorable. We truly understand your concern about the sargassum on the beach. Sargassum is a natural phenomenon affecting the Caribbean region and it can be challenging at times, but we want to assure you that our team works diligently to clean the beachfront daily to mitigate its effects. Thankfully it is seasonal and other than earlier in the year it hasn't been as bad as years in the past. Ambergris Caye is indeed a wonderful place to visit and we are glad you enjoyed your time here. We look forward to welcoming you back for another visit in the future, hopefully with clearer waters and even more beautiful beachfront views.

It was great to have you stay with us Katrina. We'll make sure to let Adam know about your comments. We hope to see you soon!

Thank you Erin, it was a pleasure to host you over Christmas and we're so glad you had a good time. We hope to see you again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience at Anil Mar, William! We're delighted to hear that you and your family had such a memorable and stress-free vacation. It’s fantastic to know that Adam and Helen took great care of you, ensuring that everything was perfect from the moment you arrived. We're thrilled that you enjoyed the pool, the dock, the beautiful views, and, of course, Helen's amazing cooking. It's our goal to make every guest's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we're so glad that we could provide that for you. We would love to welcome you and your family back for another perfect getaway in the future!

First off please let me apologize for the situation with the dock. This was not something we were aware of. There had been construction well before your arrival and we had been advised that it was completed. The caretaker noticed the dock was not straight and called the contractor in to fix it, however he did that during your stay and without advising us. That should not have happened and we have discussed that with the caretaker. I thank your for bring it to our attention. The Sargasso has been off and on this year, unfortunately your arrival convinced with a large amount coming in. Today, less than a week after your departure, the beaches have cleared and the water is crystal clear again in most areas. We hope that you'll take the opportunity to join us again in the future, with a fully accessible dock (you're right, it is the best place for your morning coffee).

Thank you so much for returning to Anil Mar and for sharing such lovely words about your experience! We’re delighted to hear that the home feels like a true haven for you. The new owners are indeed working on upgrades to make your future stays even better. Dony and Fanny are wonderful caretakers, and we’re so glad they made your visit extra special. We’re also happy that Sunrise Property Management took great care of your arrangements. We can’t wait to welcome you back again soon!

It's fantastic to hear that you had a great time at our property and found everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciate your feedback about the downstairs area; we understand that its rustic charm might not be to everyone's taste, and we'll certainly consider this insight for any future refurbishments. We're thrilled that the services provided by our caretaker positively impacted your experience, and it's great to know you enjoyed the boating and snorkeling activities. Those coral reefs are indeed a sight to behold! Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future. Safe travels!
