About this property

Wonderful And Spacious Brand New Home. A True Gem!

Welcome to "Casa Americana" situated in the 5 Blue Sails awarded village of Castiglione della Pescaia.

The house is a wonderful newly renovated attached villa with cobblestone front and backyards. Both yards allow access to the house. In the front yard, you'll find a nice outdoor shower. Great to remove the sand and the salt off your body before going into the house after a nice day at the beach. In the backyard, a large table (seats 8) and umbrella offer the opportunity to eat outside and enjoy the view along with a charcoal grill so you can enjoy a nice outdoor barbecue.

As you enter through the main entrance, you are a welcomed by a very spacious open plan; on your left you will find a fully functional modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an oven, a large refrigerator-freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser and an island with 3 stools; to the right you will see a very spacious sectional couch, an entertainment center with a 49 inch Smart TV and an 8 person extendable table with chairs. For your comfort, this room also has an air-conditioning unit and screen on the window. On the same floor, right in front of the entrance, you will find a closet with a washer/dryer combo as well as the first of two bathrooms. This bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a bidet, a vanity and a shower.

The second floor showcases 3 of the 4 bedrooms as well as the second bathroom. On this floor there are: 1 master bedroom with a king sized bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin sized beds each. All of the bedrooms have armoires, night stands, lamps, window screens and air-conditioning units as well as access to a balcony. The second bathroom has a toilet, a bidet, a vanity and a bath tub/shower combination.

The 4th bedroom is situated on the top floor. This is a nicely decorated master bedroom with a king sized bed, an armoire, 2 night stands and a dresser. The room also has its own air-conditioning unit and a screened window. Right next to the room, there's a door with access to the roof top balcony. From here, you will be able to see glimpses of the nature preserve called "Diaccia Botrona" and of the coastline all the way to the Argentario peninsula.

This is a beautifully renovated home. The decor is modern and the amenities are truly great. We sincerely hope you'll enjoy it!

Das Haus liegt außerhalb der großen Straßen, deswegen ist es ruhig. Alle Geschäfte, Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Francesco empfangen. Bei Fragen stand er immer uns zur Seite. EWir hatten einen sehr schönen Osterurlaub gehabt.

Unsere 8-Personen-Familie hat einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem freundlich hellen und sehr gepflegten Haus verbracht. Alle technischen Einrichtungen besonders auch die modernen Klimageräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Besonders haben wir das gemeinsame Kochen in der großen, bestens ausgestatteten Wohnküche genossen. Auf der gemütlichen Couch haben wir viel erzählt. Die Couch vermissen wir sehr! Vielen Dank unserem charmanten Gastgeber und seiner Familie für die sehr freundliche Betreuung. Fare well!

Beautiful family holiday (3 generations) in Castiglione della Pescaia

The general impression of the property matched the description. However, we found the house not entierly clean, as there was hair in the bathroom, crumbles under the fruitbowl, hairs in the towels...so, we had to clean up first. The bycicles were very old and rosty, we did not use them at all. Besides these points we enjoyed our stay very much and had a lot of fun in Castiglione and our daytrips to different places , too.

Appartamento favoloso, moderno e perfetto!

Abbiamo soggiornato per le 2 settimane centrali di agosto 2017. Il proprietario (Alessio e Debbie) è stato sempre cortese e pronto per alcune nostre esigenze: lettino da campeggio e sgabello per un bimbo di quasi 3 anni. Se si accede dal piano fronte strada si scendono 3 gradini, e si entra nel patio centrale, dotato di doccia riscaldata con pannelli solari. Se si accede dal piano retro strada vi è un grande tavolo con 8 sedie ed un barbeque. L'appartamento ha 3 piani. Si accede sia dal fronte che dal retro al piano terreno dove si trova una ampia cucina con penisola, una tavola da pranzo e la zona giorno. Zone che possono ospitare tranquillamente 8 persone. Altresì c'è un bagno con doccia. Salendo al primo piano abbiamo 1 camera matrimoniale ampia e 2 camere con doppi letti. Vi è anche un altro bagno con vasca/doccia. All'ultimo piano si trova una altra camera con un bel terrazzo ed una finestra. Tutto l'appartamento è stato arredato in stile moderno, tutto nuovo e tenuto con cura. In ogni stanza si trova sia la zanzariera che il climatizzatore. Ad accoglierci è stato il Sig. Aberto (padre) molto cortese che ha fatto da cicerone nella spiegazione della casa, un ringraziamento anche alla signora (madre) per aver esaudito un nostro desiderio. Il mio voto di 5 stelle è pienamente meritato per il servizio gestionale, l'appartamento e le pulizie. Dotato anche di lavasciuga. Quello che si vede in foto non rende giustizia di quanto sia bella ed accogliente la casa. Un consiglio? Prenotare subito perchè è raro trovare a questo prezzo un appartamento con queste caratteristiche!!

Vacanza molto gradevole!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per il ponte del 2 giugno in questa bellissima casa molto grande e confortevole, vicina al centro di Castiglione e a 3 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia ma contemporaneamente in una zona molto tranquilla. Alessio e suo padre, che ci ha accolti, sono stati molto gentili e disonibili. Consiglio vivamente per famiglie o gruppi di amici essendo la casa molto spaziosa.

Vacanza gradevolissima

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per il ponte del 2 giugno in questa bella casa ed è stato veramente piacevole. La cosa è veramente comoda e spaziosissima adatta a famiglie numerose o gruppi date le 4 camere e 8 posti letto. L'arredamento è nuovo e molto pratico con tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare per passare una vacanza i relax. La posizione è strategica in quanto si trova in zona molto tranquilla fuori dalla confusione del centro di Castiglione ma lo stesso, come del resto la spiaggia, si raggiungono in soli 3 minuti di macchina o meglio in 5 minuti di bici, Supermercati a due passi, accoglienza ottima e grande disponibilita'...che dire...la consiglio vivamente e sI curamente ci tornerò appena c'è ne sarà l'occasione. Nuovissima casa appena ristrutturata

Casa molto bella, spaziosa,fornita di tutti i confort,vicina al centro e al mare,nuovissima di ristrutturazione. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e molto premurose. Consigliatissa!!!! Ci auguriamo di tornarci prossimamente .

My name is Alessio. I grew up in Castiglione della Pescaia just a few blocks away from this house. After meeting my American wife 20 years ago, I moved to the States but I never forgot this wonderful village. We are a multi-cultural family so you will see that the house will reflect this wonderful mix. A lot of the amenities you will find in the house are the same as the ones we have in our house in America. That's why we called it "Casa Americana"!

Why they chose this property

This property is an absolute gem. It has just been remodeled and upgraded to appeal to international travelers. Not many homes like this one around. The amenities and the large space are what set this house apart from the rest.

What makes this property unique

What we absolutely love about this house is how spacious it is. The house flows extremely nicely and it's very comfortable. The fact that you could access it from the front and from the back and that it is an independent house, allows you to have the freedom to come and go as you please.
