Guest Access:
You have access to three garage spaces.

Please note and understand that, at present, there is no Wi-Fi available. This inconvenience is common in Lake County and in time will be available. For now it is recommended that our guests come to be off the grid, so to speak, or come prepared to use a hotspot for internet. It’s not the best but it is what is available for now. You will find cell service and texting easy enough to use…at least enough to communicate effectively.

A smart TV is available and service is through Dish network. All your current subscriptions are available so bring your credentials along if necessary and enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
There are neighbors in this area but their properties are as secluded as is this property and you will likely not see them.

Other Things to Note:
For convenience, the nearby town of Luther offers a grocery store, gas station, churches and other small town amenities. The larger town of Baldwin is 15 miles south on Rt. 37 and offers a broader selection of the same resources. NOTE: Recently, in early July, the Luther grocery store and hardware store were destroyed by a fire. The is a convenient Carrieville grocery for immediate needs nearby Luther. Otherwise, Baldwin has both grocery stores and a large hardware store. As such it is suggested that Baldwin would be a good source of groceries and the ACE hardware store there, with a huge inventory, is worth visiting.

Interaction with Guests:
We can be notified through app, text or by phone. It is reasonable to expect a response for such concerns without much delay.
