Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and relax in the living room with a comfy futon if additional sleeping arrangements must be made. Kitchen essentials are supplied to enjoy cooking with the family. The cabin offers AC, heating and Wi-Fi for your convenience. Escape the hustle and bustle and make lasting memories at this peaceful getaway.

Other things to note
The community maintains security patrols. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am on weekdays and from 11 pm to 8 am on weekends. Strict enforcement of speed limits is in place. Any fines resulting from breaches of community regulations will be charged to the renting party.
The lake and pool will be open starting Memorial Day 2025 (weekends only). After Father's Day weekend, the lake and pool will be open every day until Labor Day weekend!
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited by the community
To have access to the community amenities, we must register with the POA at least 3 days prior to your arrival, all bookings will be required to complete the following before getting access to the property:
Acceptance of the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct
A form requiring the primary reservation holder's residential address
Full names and vehicle license plates of all individuals bringing a vehicle.
Each vehicle pass is $5 and we cover the first vehicle listed.
The local community will issue a maximum of 6 passes per reservation. Each pass is needed per guest to access the local facilities such as the pool, beach/lake, clubhouse, and sporting courts. Community rules do not allow any lost passes to be replaced. Children under the age of 5 do not count toward the maximum pass limit.
There is a garbage disposal site in the community. We ask all guests to dispose of trash upon checkout.

Our property can comfortably park 3-4 cars. It is recommended to use your car to get around the neighborhood and the area.
