Spacious and sunny house completely and meticulously renovated. It's made to entertain. Gather in the billiards room with built-in bar.The lower level includes an appartement including a bedroom, gym, living room. Private sunny back yard with large deck, grill, stone patio and outdoor shower. This property has it all in pristine condition, only 1-mile to Old Silver Beach and only 5min walk to the Shining Sea Bike Path.
This is a 8-10 adult space not including children. 4-6 children are welcome.

Why they chose this property

Our house is 20min walk to nice large sandy beaches. You can also drive (3min with large parking lot) or bike (5 min). You can cut through the woods via nice trails or via sidewalks. The house is located 2 min from the bikepath that go through beautiful marshland, through Falmouth and all the way to Woods hole by the beach. North Falmouth New Silver beach offer play area for kids and a nice tea room, it is very safe for kids to hang out. There are 4 kids parks at walking distance (5 to 20 min)
